Boiled in a high-alkaline bath rather than with malt syrup like a regular bagel, the pretzel bagel has the signature dark, crisp crust and topped with butter and pretzel salt like a NY-style pretzel in bagel form

Inspired by the classic Roman pasta dish, translating to "Cheese and Pepper", think of these as an elevated asiago bagel. They use real Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy and Madagascan Black Peppercorns!

Similar to our herb bagels, these include fresh locally grown rosemary in the dough, and are topped with a rosemary-salt blend

Using kalamata olives and housemade olive tapenade in the dough, these are a special savory treat, even for those who aren't normally olive fans

Our classic NY-style bagels topped with Zaatar Spice - a blend of sesame seeds, oregano, fennel, coriander, and other herbs

Seasonal favorite using a variety of different locally grown herbs, including rosemary, thyme, oregano, sage, and basil.

An autumn-only special, these use MA-grown cranberries with orange juice and orange zest in the dough. Great for a sweet and savory breakfast!

A just-so-happens to be vegan cookie, with olive oil and vegan chocolate chips and no butter- or egg-replacers, plus a touch of flaky salt on top. Available weekly.
